• Monsoon banner stands can be used on tarmac or concrete with sand bags (not supplied) or on grass or soft ground (with the drive in steel pegs supplied)
• To be used in weather conditions with windspeeds up to 18-24mph (Beaufort Scale 5)
• Monsoon Banner Frame / Stands are supplied with a manufacturers 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
